Looks like she is not even aware that if anyone outside America orders from Amazon.com, they will have to pay import tax for it to come into Europe. Would be much much better if Katrin out it for sale on Amazon.co.uk instead, as then there will be no import tax for her largest customer base (Eiurope). Doh.
